Installing R on Jupyter

I attempted to install R on Jupyter but the install was fairly difficult so I wanted to share that process in the hopes of helping others avoid my issues or at least cut down on your install time. This was on a machine running Windows 10.

The first order of business was to get Jupyter installed which is pretty straight forward. You need to install Anaconda which has a nice installer and is pretty painless.
